# [Company] Marketing Vision

*Draft v1, prepared by Brycen Coffman. [Company] and [bracketed numbers] are placeholders until we lock them together.*

---

## OUR PURPOSE - WHY WE EXIST

*To turn the trust creators have earned into world-class offers, real businesses, and income that changes their lives, while they keep doing the thing that made them worth following in the first place.*

---

## OUR MISSION / BHAG

Become the company where a creator signs on day 1 and has a world-class offer live by day 30.

Not once. Every time.

In our first 12 months: prove the model on our first five creators, launch every offer from a standing start in 30 days or less, and build the pod system that scales past 10 creators and [$X]M per month in partner revenue without breaking.

---

## WHAT WE DO

We partner with creators who have 100K to 3M followers and no monetization engine.

They spent years earning an audience. Most of them have no idea how to turn that into a business, and the ones who try usually get burned by agencies that take six months to ship something mediocre.

We audit the audience, design the offer, write the copy, build the funnel, run the traffic, and manage the launch. The creator creates. We build the machine underneath them.

Pods of dedicated strategists own each creator relationship. Central teams of specialists execute across every pod. Every offer gets validated on real economics before we scale it.

---

## CORE VALUES - WHAT WE STAND FOR

Values only matter if they cost something.

These five are the filter for who we hire, what ships, and who stays. Each one comes with what it looks like in practice and what breaks it, so nobody has to guess where the line is.

### 1. HOLD THE STANDARD

The standard is the boss. Not the deadline, not the mood, not the client.

World-class is the floor here, not the ceiling. When work hits the bar, it ships. When it doesn't, it goes back, no matter whose name is on it or how late it is.

**In practice:**
- Checklists exist for everything that ships, and they actually get used.
- You flag your own subpar work before anyone else has to find it.
- The bar survives busy weeks. A brutal calendar is never the reason something weak went out.

**What breaks it:** shipping work you know is below the bar because the clock said so. Lowering the standard quietly instead of raising a flag loudly.

### 2. FIGURE IT THE F*** OUT

Nobody here waits to be unblocked. You hit a wall, you find the door. Research it, test it, call someone who's done it, build the workaround.

Problems arrive with your best answer attached. "Here's what I tried, here's what I'd do, tell me where I'm wrong."

**In practice:**
- New tools and channels get learned in days, not quarters.
- "I don't know how" turns into "give me until Thursday."
- Escalations come with receipts: what you attempted, what happened, what you'd try next.

**What breaks it:** sitting blocked in silence for two days. Escalating a problem you never actually attempted.

### 3. OWN THE OUTCOME

You own results, not effort. The scoreboard doesn't grade difficulty.

If it's your number, it's yours in every market and every month. Misses get named by the person who missed them, first and fast, with a fix attached.

**In practice:**
- Bad news travels faster than good news. A slipping metric gets surfaced the day it slips.
- Wins get credited to the team. Misses get owned by name, starting with your own.
- Nobody says "not my job" about anything touching their number.

**What breaks it:** excuses that route blame to the algorithm, the creator, or another department. Hiding a slipping number until the review finds it.

### 4. IRON SHARPENS IRON

We hire badass individuals, then make each other better.

Feedback comes straight and lands in hours, not weeks. The best idea wins no matter whose it is. A Players attract A Players and repel C Players.

**In practice:**
- Work gets peer-reviewed before it ships, and the review is honest.
- Feedback is given straight and taken well. Both halves are the skill.
- Everyone here makes the people around them measurably better. No passengers.

**What breaks it:** politeness that lets a teammate ship weak work. Taking feedback personally. Coasting on the team's momentum.

### 5. SPEED WINS

World-class in 30 days beats perfect in 90.

Momentum compounds. Launches teach. Drafts today beat outlines on Friday. We move fast because the market rewards whoever gets there first with something great.

Speed and the standard are not enemies. Playbooks are how we get both, and every launch is required to make the next one faster.

**In practice:**
- Decisions default to action. If it's reversible, make the call and move.
- Blockers escalate same-day, not at the weekly meeting.
- Every launch ends with a retro and a playbook update within 48 hours.

**What breaks it:** perfectionism used as procrastination. Waiting for a meeting to make a call you could make right now.

---

## HOW WE WIN

**Speed nobody matches.** The typical agency takes a quarter to ship a launch. Our standard is 30 days from signed to live. That gap is the moat, and playbooks widen it with every launch.

**The pod model.** One strategist accountable for each creator. Capacity capped at five creators per pod. Clone only pods that are full and profitable. Publishing has run this play for a century: imprints own the author, the house shares production and distribution. Pods are imprints for creators.

**The creator's actual voice.** Our writers immerse in one creator's content until the audience can't tell where the creator ends and the offer begins. No agency slop. If a reader can smell the handoff, we failed.

**Proof before scale.** Every pod is a P&L. Green pods get cloned. Red pods get fixed before anything new opens. Every offer proves its economics before we pour fuel on it.

**AI-leveraged execution.** A small senior team running real AI infrastructure outproduces a bloated agency every day of the week. We've run this play before: the same playbook produced 165 email campaigns a month at an eight-figure company with a lean team. That capability is baked into how this department works from day one.

---

## THE MACHINE WE'RE BUILDING

Walk into this marketing org 12 months from now and here's what you see.

A launch calendar that reads like a train schedule. Creator signed on the 1st, offer brief locked by day 7, funnel built by day 15, wired and tested by day 22, live by day 30. Nobody is scrambling, because the factory did this last month and the month before.

Playbooks versioned like software. Every launch retro feeds the next launch. The tenth launch takes half the effort of the first, and it converts better.

A scoreboard everyone can see. Every pod knows its numbers cold. Kill and scale decisions get made on data, in days.

Writers who sound more like the creator than the creator does on a tired day. Media buyers who know their accounts like their own bank balance. Strategists who run their pod like it's their company, because the P&L says it basically is.

And a team that other companies quietly study, then try to hire from, and mostly fail, because nobody leaves a team like this.

---

## SYSTEMS FOR GROWTH

Growth here is systematic, not heroic.

**Hiring runs on triggers, not vibes.** Creator 2 signs, PM support opens. Pod 1 hits 4 of 5, the next Growth Lead search opens. A contractor sustains 25-30+ hours a week for a month, they convert to the team. Nobody gets hired because a phase "feels close."

**Every pod is a P&L.** Its share of creator revenue, minus pod labor, minus its slice of central teams. Green pods clone. Red pods get fixed first. That one rule answers "when do we hire" and "when do we expand" forever.

**The formula:**
1. **Set Targets.** Decide where we're going, in numbers.
2. **Track Results.** Weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs on the scoreboard.
3. **Optimize.** Refine every stage of the factory, every cycle.

**Playbooks compound.** Everything we learn gets written down, systematized, and reused. The asset we're really building is not any single launch. It's the machine that produces launches.

## THE TEAM WE'RE BUILDING

The 9-to-5 mentality doesn't fit here. This is a startup inside the hardest, most fun game in marketing: taking an audience from zero monetization to a world-class offer in a month.

We attract and keep badass individuals. People who hold the standard without being watched and figure things out without waiting to be unblocked.

We are only as strong as our weakest link, so we don't carry weak links. A Players attract A Players and repel C Players. Anyone not committed to building something great here will feel out of place fast, and that's by design.

And we enjoy the game. Business is a game to us, the scoreboard makes it fun, and winning it together is the whole point.

This document is the bar. Every offer we ship, every person we hire, and every system we build gets measured against it.
